Therapists

Jeanette Lark
PT, MSPT, Cert. MDT

Jeanette was born in New Orleans, LA where she attended Loyola University and received her B.S. in 1994. She married her wonderful husband, Troy, and traveled to Virginia to complete her M.S. in Physical Therapy at Marymount University 1999. She went on to study The McKenzie Method and received her certification in 2006. Jeanette's most recent clinical experience has been in outpatient orthopedics specializing in the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy. She has extensive experience treating spine patients, sports medicine and extremity patients. She is excited to continue her specialization at Rehab Authority to help patients "feel good again."

When Jeanette is not treating patients, she is skiing Targhee, fly fishing the Snake, hiking the peaks with her chocolate lab, or traveling with Troy. She loves yoga, scuba diving, visiting friends and family across the country, and, of course, great Cajun-Creole food.

Greg Bailey

Greg was raised in Price, UT. He completed his undergraduate degree in human biology at BYU-Provo in 1997 and his doctor of physical therapy degree (DPT) from Creighton University in Omaha, NE in 2000. Greg and his wife, Viki, are the proud parents of 7 children and finds that with what free time they have is spent exploring Eastern Idaho together as a family.

Greg's work experience includes outpatient orthopedics where he has achieved credentialing as a Cervical and Lumbar MedX evaluator, and Isernhagen certified functional capacity evaluator; in wound care where he certified as a Certified Wound Specialist (CWS) with the American Academy of Wound Management; and in geriatric rehabilition providing care in the Skilled Nursing Facility and Home Health Care settings.

Greg appreciates the emphasis on continual learning in the profession of physical therapy promoted by Rehab Authority and looks forward to using his education to benefit the lives of those he will serve in this capacity.
