Corey Rasmussen
PT, DPT
Cert. MDT, OCS

Corey was born in Twin Falls and grew up in Burley. He has two children, Lily and Isabel, with his lovely wife, Shawnee. He finished his bachelor degree in biology and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) in Pocatello at Idaho State University. Dr. Rasmussen received his Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment certification in 2008 and his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialty in 2007.

Corey has been exceptionally interested in the treatment of athletes since he experienced past injuries, which required physical therapy in order to maintain his active lifestyle. Corey has always been interested in the treatment of the spine as well. His doctoral thesis focused on the trunk musculature during exercise. He is very excited to join RehabAuthority whose primary focus is on the care of back and neck related issues as he would like to help others to feel good again through conservative care.

When Corey is not in the clinic treating patients, he's likely to be participating in a variety of athletic activities, such as basketball, football, golf, and weight lifting, as well as enjoying outdoor activities like camping, rock climbing, kayaking, skiing, fishing, and hunting.

Laura Sprague
PT, DPT

Laura was born in Oklahoma City, OK and moved to Soda Springs, Idaho when she was two years old. In high school, Laura was active in sports and student government. After graduating from Soda Springs High School she attended Walla Walla Community College and Whitman College in Walla Walla, Washington. Laura played basketball at both schools and was elected student body president at Walla Walla Community College where she earned an Associate of Arts degree. She graduated from Whitman College with a bachelor of arts in Biology. Laura then attended the University of Montana where she earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree. Laura has completed the first course in the McKenzie protocol certification.

As an athlete, Laura knows firsthand that physical therapy is an important part of recuperating from an injury. She enjoys working with people to help them get back to the level of activity that they desire following an injury. Laura is very excited to be part of the ReHab Authority team at the Vista clinic and help make people feel better and reach their goals following an injury.

When Laura is not at work she enjoys numerous outdoor activities including camping, kayaking, hunting, running, playing with her dog and spending time with her family.

Heather Bullen
PTA

Meeting Heather is like a breath of fresh air. Her happy, smiling personality conveys her caring and kind heart. She is compassionate but fun to be around. She excelled in High School both in Gymnastics and Diving as State Champion. Her competitive spirit drives her to be the best at what ever she decides to tackle.

She suffered a torn ACL and has since endured four knee surgeries so she is very familiar with the effort and time it takes to rehabilitate. This interaction with Physical Therapy led her to take a work release to work with a physical therapist and the die was set as she knew that was where her educational pursuits would lead her.

She started her education at Sheridan College and transferred to Idaho State University to complete her degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant. She loves working with others and with her extensive knowledge and personal experience she loves to help others regain their strength so they can get "back to life". She is fun to be around and looks forward to getting to know you and help you achieve your physical therapy goals.
